Caberfeidh is a breeding and finishing farm located in the Hakataramea Valley.  The property ranges from flat valley floor to the steep hills of the Kirkliston Ranges.

There are approximately 400 paddocks on Caberfeidh ranging in size from 5ha – 400ha.  350ha is irrigated using two centre pivot irrigators, K-Line and rotor rainers.  The farm has 1,500ha of lucerne or lucerne-mix pastures which, combined with the irrigation, reduce the impact of a naturally dry environment.

Caberfeidh lambs around 15,500 ewes and hoggets with Headwaters genetics introduced over the Perendale base and calves 400 beef cows. Depending on conditions it also finishes an extra 15-20,000 lambs, grazes fattening or dry stock, and supplies the dairy industry with cut supplementary feed.
